Woman Refuses bonds should remain in custody and his house girl

Sitakishari resident of Dar es Salaam, Christina Thomas (28), has refused to return custody sponsored by her girl who was unable to work bail conditions.

Christina yesterday appeared before the Ilala District Court for allegedly beating her son two years and causing serious injury, the collapse and the failure to send him to hospital.

Prosecutor Hilda Kato, claimed before the magistrate in charge of the Tribunal, Ritha Tarimo that the accused is unknown day in January, struck with a stick child and causing injuries.

Kato claimed in the second indictment, the defendant, who is the mother of the girl child and her career, Blanka Benjamin negligence had left the child without having to take him to the hospital with a serious condition that was caused by the mother.

After being read the charges, she replied that she did not remember, while the second accused who is a girl working denying his accusation.

Prosecutor told Magistrate Tarimo investigation of the case have yet to be finalized, but their bond is not clear if they meet the conditions.

The judge gave conditional bail to the defendants have two reliable sureties one having a recognized institution and serves on the signing of Sh 800,000 bail each.

However, the first defendant who is the mother of the child said he did not have to bail out, leaving the second accused in custody so ask the judge to return all inside until tomorrow they are qualified to bond together.

The judge told the defendant that because she has a young child so he could return and leave the second accused and tomorrow (today) would get bail, but said his son will leave his father, and he will return to jail until they receive guarantees both.
