Chairman of Chadema and colleagues 7 appear in court

Chairman of the Association for Democracy and Development (Chadema) Karatu in Arusha, Thomas Darabe and seven others have been promoted to the dock to answer a charge of damaging property worth over 75.4 million sh and garlic.

With Darabe, promoted yesterday in the District Court of Arusha / Arumeru is Charles Lameck, who is chairman of the Community of the water used for existing seven villages in the district of Karatu and George Pius.

Others are John Winter, Christopher Lameck, Florian Tiofil, Daniel INIDA and Emmanuel Lazaro.

Chairman of the Association of water users was charged with four charges alone worth more than Sh 60 million in the District Court of Arusha and Arumeru District Court.

The third charge was affected them all defendants are destroying crops varieties of onions worth more than 49 million shillings and two sh pump six million.

All defendants were denied the charges and their bonds were open to investigation of the case had not been completed and the case will be mentioned again January 16 this year.
