Speaking today before the court that his fellow judges and Judge Stella Mugasha Kipenka Mussa, Luanda has said is unpleasant and senseless person (Lema) held for four months without reason on the basis of denying the right.
"We ask the Office of the Attorney General government (DPP) to be very careful because you made all the lawyers we do not mind and you contaminate the Court, in normal circumstances a person mumshikilie on legal grounds, but in this case we went through the cover we have not seen anything to hold Lema up today imetushitua, "he said as he consulted with his colleagues repeated sadly.
He went on to say that the office of the DPP inaitia defiled the profession, something is unclear, but they do wonderful things and distasteful.
Luanda judge questioned that "We have read the whole file so we really surprised the attorney general's office has lawyers true and what if any man (Lema) be inside until today?".
He said that their hands tied legally can not do anything today urging Lawyers Lema back side of the Supreme Court, proceed with the bail decision.
The case and attorney Comfort Nchimbi stand up there and ask to remove the appeal on the grounds that lies outside its competence.

After submitting the request, vicar of Peter Kibatala Lema, stood up and said they have no objection to the side, but asked to move the initial appeals court scrapped there would be copied.
After the request was received Judge Kipenka Mussa on behalf of his fellow judges to accept an appeal request to remove the number 9/2017.
Moreover Judge Luanda welcomed Judge Stella Mugasha also speak on their behalf in which he said the court accepted the second request to remove the appeal number 10/2017, after lawyer Paul Kadushi apply also to push it.
Counsel Lema Peter Kibatala, was forced to stand again in court there said that their side is sorry to see the office of the Attorney General and the DPP are using the Court through justify their client, so he asked the court iwatatulie legal issue arises to their client to be internal to now.
Kibatala it as he spoke of restraint and shed tears of sorrow at the court in front of the judges.
