Tensions have flared between the parliamentary leader of the Official Opposition Camp, Freeman Mbowe and Deputy Speaker, Dr. Tulia Ackson after MP Hai ask the Prime Minister, Kassim Fate lililopingwa question and Deputy Speaker of the information that is legally not a policy.
