Supreme Court to Decide Securities Lema This Friday

Futures guarantees Arusha Urban MP, Godbles Lema (Chadema), will be determined on Friday after the restoration advice High Court in Arusha for the implementation of the decision of the Court of Appeal.

The decision had been awaited eagerly by many residents of the city of Arusha, especially given the member being held in the custody of the Central Prison Kisongo for more than three months since his arrest by police outside the grounds of the National Assembly in Dodoma, November 2, last year.

Lema is facing two cases of incitement against President Dr. John Magufuli, in Arusha Resident Magistrate's Court case numbers 440 and 441.
