Magufuli President made the remarks yesterday in Dar es Salaam during the celebration of the Day of the Law Courts and the new year carrying the slogan saying Delivery right on time to facilitate growth.

He said that statistics show that there have been some cases of objection to the tax which the government won those cases, although the money is not zijakusanywa until now. "Avoiding or refusing to pay taxes is a very serious offense, everyone is obliged to pay taxes in the development of the country" he explained Dr. Magufuli.

Moreover Acting Chief Justice said that the Court has succeeded in listening to the advice of election petitions by 100 percent "between the counsels of the case 249, including 53 parliamentary and 196 councilors of those who oppose the choice between those cases, 52 cases of parliament were completed and all cases of Councillors were fulfilled "explained Acting Chief Justice.
And Attorney General George Saju said that the Constitution imeanisha clear principles that should be upheld by the Court when exercising its powers of justice. "Justice advance accordingly is one of the principles that the Court should consider in implementing its obligations as stipulated in the Constitution," he explained Attorney General.
