Two other employees of Quality Group of Yusuf Manji appeared on the court

Two other employees of Quality Group Company owned by Yusuf Manji who are citizens of India have led the dock in the Resident Magistrate's Court judge, Dar es Salaam were charged with blocking immigration officials to fulfill their duties.



Defendants are Jose Kiran (40) who is the Project Manager of the company and Prakash Bhatt (35), who is secretary of the company who have been raised in the trial of employees 14 company, a citizen of India who faces three charges likiwamo forged visa business.

Attorney, Method Kagoma claimed before the Magistrate in Charge, Cyprian Mkeha have the accused committed the offense contrary to Section Number 30 (1) (f) and Article No. 2 of the Immigration Act of 2002 amended by Law No. 8 of 2015.

Kagoma claimed the defendants the two, on February 20 this year in Company Quality Group prevented officials Immigration fulfill their duties after refusing to report to the Chief Immigration of Dar es Salaam, to try to run out of the United Republic of Tanzania through the border Horohoro.

Also there is Bijenda Kumar (43), Prasson Mallik (46), Nipun Bhatt (32), Anuj Agarwal (46), Varun Boloor, Arun Kateel (46), Avinash Chandratiwari (33) and Vikram Sankhala (50), both of whom are the company's consultants. Kagoma claimed in the first prosecution of the accused committed the offense on February 13, this year six of the Company Quality Group, Ilala in Dar es Salaam.

Also in the prosecution of three, claimed the defendants were in the company, knowing that they are citizens of India were found working in contrary to Section 9 (i) (e) and section 3 of the labor law No. 1 of 2015.

Recently, the Bureau of Immigration cited 25 employees of Yusuf Manji that they work in a country without a permit and intentionally charged the businessman who is also facing charges of using drugs, for the crime of recruiting workers from abroad without permits .
